Detailed Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Candidates must hold a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India.
• CIBIL Score: A minimum CIBIL score of 650 is mandatory at the time of joining.

2. Experience Requirement (Crucial)

This is a lateral entry role. Applicants must have:

• Minimum 18 months (1.5 years) of experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
• Note: Experience in NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, or Private Banks (not in the RBI Second Schedule) will not be considered.

3. Age Limit (as of March 1, 2026)

• Minimum Age: 20 Years.
• Maximum Age: 30 Years.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

Salary & Service Bond

Selected candidates will be placed in the JMGS-I Pay Scale.

• Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920.
• Approx. Gross Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹82,000 per month (including DA, HRA, and other allowances).
• Service Bond: Candidates must execute a service bond of 3 years. If leaving before this period, a sum equivalent to 3 months’ gross salary must be paid.
• Probation: 6 Months.
