Salary & Stipend Details

RCFL offers a lucrative compensation package during and after the training period.

• During 6-Month Training: A consolidated stipend of ₹22,000/- per month plus free shared hostel accommodation and medical facilities at RCF Hospital.
• After Absorption (Grade A6): Upon successful completion of training, candidates are absorbed into the pay scale of ₹22,000 – ₹60,000.
• Total Monthly Gross Salary: Approximately ₹47,800/- (including Basic, VDA, Perks, and HRA).
