• Conduct scientific examination and analysis of forensic exhibits in respective specialized divisions (DNA, Fingerprint, Chemistry, Ballistics & Toolmarks, Questioned Documents, Photography, and Cyber Forensics).
• Attend crime scenes for identification, documentation, collection, and preservation of physical evidence (specifically for DNA and Fingerprint).
• Maintain proper chain of custody records and operate relevant forensic tools, software, and laboratory instruments.
• Prepare detailed scientific evaluation reports, assist investigative authorities, and depose as expert witnesses in courts of law.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline/branch of Science, Computer Science, Forensic Science, or allied technical fields from a recognized university, matching the specific requirements of the opted forensic division.
