Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

1. Educational Qualifications & Post-Qualification Experience

• Manager (Civil / Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil or Electrical streams with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience in relevant domains.
• Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / CA / CMA / CFA with 3 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts (ERP/SAP exposure preferred).
• Manager (IT): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or MCA, with 3 years of relevant experience in database management, networking, ERP, or software development team leadership.
• Manager (Operations): B.Sc. with 2-year MBA, or B.E./B.Tech degree, with 3 years of experience in airport/airline operations.
• Junior Executive (Finance): MBA (Finance), PGDM (Finance), Cost Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). (No prior experience required).
• Junior Executive (Law): 3-year regular or 5-year integrated professional Law degree after graduation, with eligibility for enrolment as an advocate with the Bar Council. (No experience required).
• Junior Executive (Operations): Graduation in Science with a 2-year MBA, or full-time B.E./B.Tech degree. (Mandatory requirement: Valid permanent Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence).
• Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Master’s Degree in Geography / Remote Sensing & GIS / Geo-informatics / Geomatics.

Salary Structure & Compensation (CTC)

• Junior Executive Posts (E-1 Scale): Pay scale of ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000/-. Approximate annual CTC ranges around ₹13 to ₹15 Lakhs.
