2. Educational Qualifications

• Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent. Desirable: Working knowledge of computers and proficiency in the local language of the state/UT where the bank is located.
• Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):
  • IT Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / IT with a minimum of 50% marks + 1 year experience.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA): Certified Associate (CA) from ICAI + 1 year experience.
  • Law Officer: Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks + 2 years advocate experience.
  • Treasury Manager / Marketing / Agricultural Officers: Relevant professional degrees or MBAs with specified minimum experience parameters.
• Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks + 2 years of banking or financial sector experience.
• Officer Scale-III: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + Minimum 5 years of administrative experience as an officer in Banks or Financial Institutions.
