Department-wise Vacancies
- Operations: Shift In-Charge, Panel Officer, Field Officer.
- Maintenance: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineers.
- Technical: Process Engineer, Planning Engineer.
- Support: HSE Officer, Finance Officer, Fire & Safety Officer.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Engineers/Officers: 4-year full-time B.E. / B.Tech in relevant Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumental/Chemical) with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Candidates must have 3 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in Hydrocarbon, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer sectors (LNG experience is highly preferred).
- Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA with relevant industrial experience.
Salary & Benefits
- Remuneration: HPCL LNG offers a highly competitive CTC (Cost to Company) based on experience and the specific role.
- Contract Period: Initially for 3 years, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
- Benefits: Includes Medical Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, and other site-specific allowances.
Age Limit (as of 01.03.2026)
- Engineers/Officers: Maximum 30-34 Years.
- Managers: Maximum 38-42 Years.
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and as per Govt. norms for PwBD candidates.

- Shortlisting: Based on academic profile and years of relevant experience.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a face-to-face or virtual interview.
- Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to being found medically fit.
