Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL), a Government of India PSU, is inviting applications for the engagement of Young Professionals (YPs) on a contract basis. These positions are distributed across various project sites, including Noida, Sindri, Gorakhpur, Ramagundam, and Korba.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be below 35 years of age (as of January 20, 2026).
- Experience: While the roles are for “Young Professionals,” preference is often given to candidates with relevant post-qualification experience in industrial or PSU environments.
- Tenure: The engagement is purely on a contract basis, initially for a period of 2 years, extendable based on performance and requirement.
Location-wise Salary Structure
The consolidated monthly pay depends on the posting location:
- Noida (HQ/Central Office): Up to ₹60,000/-
- Noida (Alternate scale): ₹45,000/-
- Other Sites (Sindri, Gorakhpur, etc.): ₹30,000/-
