Eligibility Criteria
- Clerk / Proofreader: * Graduation from a recognized University.
- Typing speed of 30 WPM in English on a computer.
- Stenographer: * Graduation + 3 years’ experience as a Steno-typist/Stenographer.
- Shorthand speed of 100 WPM and Typing speed of 50 WPM in English.
- Driver: * Matriculation (10th pass).
- Valid LMV/Medium/Heavy Driving License with 3 years’ experience.
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026)
- General / EWS: 18 to 45 Years.
- SC / ST / OBC (of HP): 18 to 50 Years.
- HP Govt. Employees: 18 to 50 Years.

- General / UR: ₹347.92 (approx. including GST)
- Reserved (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH of HP): ₹197.92 (approx. including GST)

- Register as a new user and login.
- Fill in personal, educational, and experience details.
- Upload your photo, signature, and necessary certificates (Graduation/Matric/Experience).
- Pay the fee online and submit the application.
- Note: No hard copy needs to be sent by post; keep a printout for your records.
