DRDO CEPTAM-11 Tier-1 Exam Date 2026 Out – Check Exam Schedule & Branch-Wise Cut Off

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has officially announced the Tier-1 Computer Based Test (CBT) date for the CEPTAM-11 recruitment. This exam is for 764 vacancies of Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) and Technician-A (Tech-A).

Tier-1 Exam Pattern (Common for all)

  • Total Questions: 150 (MCQs)
  • Total Marks: 150
  • Duration: 120 Minutes
  • Subjects: 1. Quantitative Aptitude (40 Qs)2. Reasoning (40 Qs)3. General Science (40 Qs)4. General English (30 Qs)

Personal advice I tell you that Tier-1 is purely screening, so students should focus heavily on General Science and Reasoning to cross that high cut-off mark.

Previous Year Cut-Off (CEPTAM-10 Reference)

To help you prepare, here are the Tier-1 Cut-off marks (UR Category) for major branches from the last cycle:

  • Mechanical Engineering: 97.22
  • Electrical Engineering: 114.72
  • Civil Engineering: 99.46
  • Computer Science: 96.76
  • Electronics/ECE: 111.31
  • Technician (Electrician/Fitter): 90+

How to Download Admit Card

  1. Visit the official DRDO website: drdo.gov.in.
  2. Click on the ‘CEPTAM Notice Board’.
  3. Look for the link: “Download Admit Card for CEPTAM-11 Tier-1”.
  4. Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth.
  5. Download and print the hall ticket.
