The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the official notification for the WBJEE 2026 examination. This state-level entrance exam is the gateway for admission into Undergraduate Courses in Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, and Architecture in West Bengal.

WBJEE 2026 Exam Schedule (May 24)

  • Paper-I (Mathematics): 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Paper-II (Physics & Chemistry): 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: Minimum 17 years as of 31.12.2026 (Born on or before 31.12.2009). No upper age limit (except for Marine Engineering, which is 25 years).
  • Education: Passed or appearing in 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
  • Minimum Marks: 45% aggregate in PCM/PCB (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) and 30% marks in English.

Application Fee

  • General: ₹500
  • SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B: ₹400
  • Payment Mode: Online (Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card/UPI).

How to Apply Online

  1. Visit the official website: wbjeeb.nic.in.
  2. Click on the “WBJEE 2026 Registration” link (available from March 10).
  3. Fill in your personal details, email ID, and mobile number to register.
  4. Log in and complete the application form.
  5. Upload scanned images of your Photograph and Signature.
  6. Pay the application fee and download the Confirmation Page.
