The Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Mini-Ratna Category-1 Public Sector Enterprise, has officially released its recruitment notification (Advt. No. 03/2026/CHQ) for various executive and non-executive positions.

The online application window is scheduled to open on April 2, 2026, and will remain active until May 1, 2026.

AAI is inviting applications from young and dynamic professionals to join its pan-India operations. This recruitment drive covers a variety of roles including Junior Executive (Common Cadre), Finance, Fire Services, and Law. Unlike specialized technical roles, the Common Cadre positions are open to graduates from any discipline, making this one of the most anticipated PSU recruitment drives of the year.

Eligibility Criteria (as of May 1, 2026)

1. Educational Qualification:

  • Junior Executive (Common Cadre): Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline).
  • Junior Executive (Finance): B.Com with ICWA/CA OR MBA (Finance).
  • Junior Executive (Law): Professional Degree in Law (3 years or 5 years) and eligible for enrollment as an Advocate.
  • Senior Assistant (Accounts): Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with 2 years of relevant experience.

2. Age Limit:

  • Junior Executive: Maximum 27 Years.
  • Senior Assistant: Maximum 30 Years.
  • Junior Assistant: Maximum 30 Years.
  • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

Selection Process

  1. Objective Type Online Exam (CBT): There is no negative marking in the AAI online examination.
  2. Application Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification.
  3. Physical Test (Only for Fire Services): Includes physical measurement, endurance test, and driving test.
  4. Final Merit: Prepared based on the marks obtained in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
