AIIMS NORCET 10 Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for Nursing Officer Posts | Exam Date & Eligibility

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has released the official notification for the 10th edition of the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-10). This exam serves as the single-window recruitment platform for Nursing Officer vacancies across various AIIMS hospitals in India.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:
  • B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council (INC) recognized university.
  • OR B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
  • OR Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) with 2 years of experience in a 50-bedded hospital after acquiring the educational qualification.
• Registration: Registered as Nurses & Midwife with State / Indian Nursing Council.
• Age Limit: Between 18 to 30 years (Age relaxation as per Govt. rules).

Selection Process

1. NORCET Prelims: Qualifying stage to shortlist candidates for the Main exam.
2. NORCET Mains: The final merit-based stage for selection.
3. Document Verification: Final step at the respective AIIMS allotted.

1. Visit the official AIIMS recruitment portal: aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. Click on the “Recruitment” tab and select “Nursing Officer”.
3. Complete the Registration/Login process.
4. Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and choose the exam center.
5. Upload scanned photos, signatures, and certificates.
6. Pay the application fee and submit the final form.
