Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Must have passed Intermediate (10+2) in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
  • Minimum Marks: $50\%$ aggregate ($45\%$ for SC/ST candidates).

Age Limit (as of August 1, 2026):

  • General (UR): 18 – 25 Years
  • OBC / EBC (Male): 18 – 27 Years
  • OBC / EBC (Female): 18 – 28 Years
  • SC / ST (Male & Female): 18 – 30 Years
  • Note: Effective upper age limit for all categories may extend to 30 years as per special provisions.

Selection Process

  1. Written Examination: OMR-based test with 100 objective questions (2 hours). Subjects include GK, Current Affairs, Physics, Chemistry, and Math. Negative Marking: $0.25$ marks per wrong answer.
  2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Includes running, high jump, and shot put. This stage is qualifying in nature.
  3. Document Verification: Checking of all original academic and category certificates.
  4. Medical Examination: Final medical checkup before appointment.
