Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Degree: B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Production, Manufacturing Science, or Mechatronics.
- Diploma Holders: Candidates with a Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (with 3-4 years experience) are also eligible for specific roles.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates should ideally have a record of 70% or 7.0 CGPA and above throughout their academics.
Experience:
- Freshers: 0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (8D, Ishikawa, 5Whys) and 5S principles is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-job training for new associates and operator skill enhancement.
- Hourly target setting and production loss analysis on a daily basis.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards (14Q principles).
Selection Process
