The Chief Quality Assurance Establishment (MS), Mumbai, has invited applications from eligible Indian citizens for various Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted positions. These are permanent Central Government roles under the Ministry of Defence.

Educational Qualification

  • MTS: Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • LDC: * 12th Class pass or equivalent.
    • Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer.
  • Superintendent (Stores): * Graduate in any discipline OR 12th pass with a Certificate course in Material Management.
    • Two years of experience in Storekeeping or Accountancy is preferred.

Selection Process

  1. Written Examination: Objective-type test covering General Intelligence, Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, and General Awareness.
  2. Skill Test: Typing test for LDC candidates (Qualifying nature).
  3. Document Verification & Medical Exam.

How to Apply (Offline Mode)

This is not an online application. Candidates must follow these steps:

  1. Download the Application Format from the official DGQA or Karmasandhan link.
  2. Fill out the form in Block Letters using a blue/black ballpoint pen.
  3. Attach self-attested copies of 10th/12th marksheets, Caste Certificate, and Experience certificates.
  4. Enclose one self-addressed envelope (approx. 25cm x 10cm) with ₹5/- postage stamp.
  5. Superscribe the main envelope with: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [POST NAME]”.
  6. Send via Registered/Speed Post to:The CQAE (MS), DGQA Complex, LBS Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai – 400083.
