Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Research Associate (RA): Ph.D. in relevant engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electronics, etc.) OR M.E./M.Tech with 3 years of research/design experience and at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): * B.E./B.Tech in First Division with a valid GATE score.
- OR M.E./M.Tech with First Division at both Graduate and Post-Graduate levels.
- Relevant Disciplines: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, and Electrical Engineering.
Age Limit (as on last date):
- Research Associate: Maximum 35 years.
- Junior Research Fellow: Maximum 28 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Based on academic merit, GATE score, and research experience.
- Written Test: (If required) Depending on the number of applications.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a face-to-face or virtual interview at ADE Bengaluru.
- Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must be found medically fit.

- Download the prescribed application form from the “Vacancies” section under ADE Bengaluru.
- Fill in the form and scan all original documents (Degree certificates, GATE scorecard, DOB proof, and Caste certificate).
