Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Section Officer (ASO):

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from a recognized University.
• Desirable: Computer proficiency.
• Age Limit: 18 – 30 Years.

2. Junior Engineer (Civil):

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering OR 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering + 2 years of experience.
• Age Limit: 18 – 30 Years (Relaxation up to 32 years for some departments).

3. Assistant Engineer (Civil):

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 Years (32 years for some posts).

4. Legal Assistant:

• Qualification: Degree in Law (LLB) + 1 to 3 years of experience as a Legal Practitioner/Work in Govt. Dept (varies by department).
• Age Limit: 18 – 35 Years.

1. Visit the official DSSSB portal: dsssbonline.nic.in.
2. If you are a new user, complete the “New Registration” process.
3. Login using your Registration ID and Password.
4. Select the Advertisement No. 01/2026 and the specific post code you wish to apply for.
5. Fill in personal and academic details, and upload scanned documents.
6. Pay the ₹100 fee (if applicable) and submit the form.
