These positions are offered on a fixed tenure of two years, extendable up to a maximum of four years based on performance. Eligibility Criteria (as of March 1, 2026)

  • Deputy Manager (Finance): CA / CMA / ICWA with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or auditing.
  • Officer (Accounts): CA / CMA / ICWA with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounts finalization, GST, or TDS.
  • Officer (Company Secretary): Graduate with ACS qualification (ICSI membership). A degree in Law (LLB) is desirable. Must have 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Officer (Legal): Full-time LLB with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST). Must have at least 2 years of experience in legal affairs, preferably in industrial/labor law.

Selection Process

  1. Screening: Shortlisting of applications based on eligibility and experience.
  2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview or a Video Conference (VC).
  3. Medical Exam: Final selection is subject to being found medically fit as per company standards.
