- Advisor Recruitment: Identifying and appointing the right quality of insurance advisors to build a strong distribution base.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Full-time Graduation is mandatory. Candidates with a post-graduation (MBA) may be considered for higher starting CTCs.
- Age: 21 to 30 years (Preferred).
