Eligibility Criteria (as of March 1, 2026)
1. Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Audit / Risk Management / IT: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics OR Graduate with CISA/MCA/M.Sc (IT).
- Security Officer (JAM): Class XII pass or Diploma. Must be a retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) with 15 years of service.
- Experience Required:
- DGM: Minimum 10 years as an officer.
- AGM: Minimum 7 years (with 4 years in a relevant functional area).
- Manager: Minimum 4 years (with 2 years in a relevant functional area).
2. Age Limit:
- DGM: 35 to 45 Years
- AGM: 28 to 40 Years
- Manager: 25 to 35 Years
- Security Officer: Maximum 50 Years (Inclusive of relaxations).
Selection Process
- Preliminary Screening: Applications are screened based on age, qualification, and specific work experience.
- Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for GD and/or PI to assess technical competency and leadership.
- Medical Test: Final selection is subject to being found medically fit as per Bank’s standards.
