Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

  • Assistant Manager (Grade A): Post Graduate Degree in any discipline / MBA / CA / ICWA / CFA / B.E. or B.Tech. A minimum of 60% marks in graduation is required.
  • Manager (Grade B): Post Graduate Degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the financial sector or infrastructure.

2. Age Limit (as of 01.03.2026)

  • Grade A: Maximum 30 Years.
  • Grade B: Maximum 35 Years.
  • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

Selection Process

  1. Written Examination: Objective and Descriptive tests covering Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge.
  2. Behavioral Assessment: For shortlisted candidates.
  3. Interview: Final selection based on the combined merit of the written exam and interview.
