Educational Qualification & Experience
- Assistant Professor (Grade I): Ph.D. or equivalent in the relevant discipline with a very good academic record. Minimum 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research/industrial experience.
- Assistant Professor (Grade II): Candidates who have recently completed their Ph.D. or have less than 3 years of experience may be considered for a contractual “on-track” appointment.
- Key Requirements: Evidence of high-quality research in top-tier journals (ABDC/ABS listed) and the potential for excellence in teaching MBA students.
