Eligibility Criteria

  • System Administrator: MCA / B.Tech (CS/ECE/IT). (3 years of experience desirable).
  • Junior Clerk: SSLC + JDC (Junior Diploma in Co-operation) OR B.Com with Co-operation OR Degree + HDC/HDCM OR B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University.
  • Data Entry Operator: Degree + Certificate course in Data Entry from a Government-recognized institution.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years (as of 01.01.2026).

Application Fee

  • General / OBC / EWS: ₹150 + 18% GST (for the 1st society/bank).
  • SC / ST: ₹50 + 18% GST.
  • Each Additional Society/Bank: ₹50 + 18% GST extra.

  2. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) if you are a new user.
  3. Log in with your credentials and select the specific notification you wish to apply for.
  4. Fill in personal and educational details and upload the required documents.
  5. Pay the application fee online.
  6. Submit the form and keep a copy for future reference.
