1. Educational Qualification
- Senior Personal Assistant: A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Stenographer in a reputed organization.
- Junior Assistant: Graduate degree with a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer.
- Library Attendant: 10+2 (Intermediate) passed with a Certificate Course in Library Science/Library & Information Science.
- Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant science subject (Botany, Chemistry, Physics, or Zoology).
- Laboratory Attendant: 10th pass with Science subjects from a recognized board.
2. Age Relaxation
Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided to reserved categories as per University of Delhi and Government of India norms:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government rules.
