Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)
- Courses: Students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year Integrated Law Course.
- Preference: * 3rd to 5th-year students (5-year course).
- 2nd to 3rd-year students (3-year course).
- Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English is desired.
Application Window & Timelines
The application link opens two months prior to the preceding month of the desired internship.
- For May 2026 Internship: Apply between 1st January and 31st March 2026.
- For June 2026 Internship: Apply between 1st February and 30th April 2026.
Documents Required for Upload
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Resume.
- Expression of Interest (EOI): A one-page write-up explaining your interest and suitability.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): From the Dean/HOD of your college, clearly mentioning your name, course, and current semester.
How to Apply
- Visit the official NALSA website: nalsa.gov.in.
- Go to the “Internship” section or look for the “Internship Programme 2026” link under “What’s New”.
- Fill out the online application form (Google Form link is usually provided in the notice).
- Ensure all documents are uploaded in PDF format.
Important Guidelines
- Attendance: 90% mandatory attendance is required to receive the certificate.
- Dress Code: Formal Black & White attire (as per Bar Council norms).
- Laptops: Interns are required to carry their own laptops.
- No LOR: NALSA does not provide any Letter of Recommendation (LOR) upon completion.
