Vacancy Details & Monthly Remuneration
The engagement is offered at three levels based on experience:

Eligibility Criteria (Domain-wise)
Note: Candidates must have degrees from institutions ranked within the Top 100 (Engineering/Management) or Top 30 (Law) in the latest NIRF Rankings.
- Construction Management / Technical: Master’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Structural/Transportation/Tunnel) from IITs/NITs.
- Finance: M.Com / CA / CMA / 2-year full-time MBA (Finance) from IIMs or reputed institutes.
- Legal: LLB/LLM from National Law Schools or top-ranked Law institutions.
- Information Technology: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or M.Tech in Cyber Security from IITs/NITs/IIITs.
Age Limit (as of March 11, 2026):
- Associate: Max 30 Years
- Senior Associate: Max 40 Years
- Consultant: Max 45 Years
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Based on academic pedigree (NIRF ranking of institute) and relevant experience.
- Evaluation: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Written Test, Group Discussion, and/or Personal Interview conducted by an internal committee.
- Induction: Selected professionals will undergo a mandatory 3-day induction module.
