NIT Raipur cMahanadi Internship 2026 – Apply for Paid Internship, Monthly Stipend up to ₹12,000

Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for the position of Interns at the Center for Mahanadi River Basin Management & Studies (cMahanadi), NIT Raipur. These positions are part of a project sponsored by the National River Conservation Directorate (NRCD).

NIT Raipur cMahanadi Internship 2026: Vacancy Details

Eligibility & Desirable Skills

• Engineering: Students or degree holders in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or IT/Computer Science branches.
• Science/Tech: Students from Hydrology, Hydrodynamic Modeling, Climate Change, or MCA with a focus on Environment-related projects.
• Skills: Experience in field surveys, data collection, water quality sampling, and knowledge of ML/AI or relevant simulation software will be highly preferred.

Key Program Details

• Duration: Initially for 3 months (Extendable based on performance and funds).
• Mode: Full-time (Offline at Raipur).
• Certification: An “Internship Certificate” will be issued upon successful completion.
• Accommodation: Interns must arrange their own accommodation and transport; the institute will not provide hostel facility for this project.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Based on your application and academic/experience profile.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email for an Offline Interview at NIT Raipur on 16 March 2026.
3. Note: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
