The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, has invited online applications for 59 vacancies in various Group ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ categories. These include posts for both the main campus in Chandigarh and the PGI Satellite Centre in Sangrur, Punjab.

• Group C: Pharmacist Grade-II (02), Receptionist (03), Sanitary Inspector (03), Dark Room Assistant (05), Security Guard (06), Staff Car Driver (01), Technician Grade-IV (03).

Educational Qualification

• Pharmacist: Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy + Registration as Pharmacist.
• Junior Engineer: Degree/Diploma in relevant Engineering branch (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical).
• Store Keeper: Bachelor’s Degree in Math/Economics/Commerce or MBA.
• Driver: 10th Pass + Valid LMV/HMV Driving License + 3 years experience.
• Other Posts: 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma as per specific post requirements.

Age Limit (as of 16.02.2026)

• General: 18 to 30/35 Years (varies by post).
• Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD.

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹1500/-
• SC / ST: ₹800/-
• PwBD: ₹0/- (Exempted)
