Eligibility Criteria (as of April 27, 2026)

1. Assistant (HR) – VC No. RG/07/26

  • Education: Any Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Marks Requirement: Minimum 50% for UR/EWS; 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD (against reserved posts).
  • Experience: Nil (Freshers can apply).
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.

2. Assistant Manager (Finance) – VC No. RG/08-R1/25

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in areas like Banking, Taxation, Audit, or Tendering.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 32 Years.

Selection Process

For Assistant (HR):

  1. Written Test (100% Weightage): Consists of 125 objective-type questions (2.5 hours). Subjects include English, Data Analysis, Reasoning, and General Awareness.
  2. No Negative Marking: There is no penalty for wrong answers.
  3. Document Scrutiny: Final selection is based on the merit list from the written exam.

For Assistant Manager:

  1. Written Test (60% Weightage): Technical and Aptitude based.
  2. Interview (40% Weightage): Assessing technical proficiency and personality.
