Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:
Postgraduate Degree in Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Commerce, Economics, or Statistics from a recognized University.
Computer Qualification: An ‘O’ Level Diploma from DOEACC/NIELIT OR at least a one-year Diploma in Computer Science/Applications.
Mandatory: Must have a valid Score Card of UP PET 2025.
2. Age Limit (as of July 1, 2026):
Minimum Age: 21 Years.
Maximum Age: 40 Years.
Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC of Uttar Pradesh.
Salary & Pay Scale
Pay Level: Level-6 (7th CPC).
Pay Matrix:₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400.
Grade Pay: ₹4,200 (Pre-revised).
In-hand Salary: Approx. ₹52,000 – ₹58,000 per month (depending on the city of posting).
Selection Process
Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted for the Main Exam based on their PET 2025 Normalized Scores.
Main Written Exam: An objective-type test consisting of 100 questions (120 minutes duration).
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks (1/4th) for every wrong answer.
