Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q1: Can candidates without PET 2025 apply?

A: No. A valid PET 2025 scorecard is the primary eligibility criterion. Even if you have the required degree/experience, you cannot apply without PET qualification.

Q2: Is the experience certificate mandatory for all posts?

A: No. Experience is mandatory for Law Assistant (3 years) and Accountant (1 year). For JE, Scientific Assistant, and Monitoring Assistant, only the educational degree/diploma is required.

Q3: Can I apply for multiple posts?

A: Yes, if you meet the eligibility for multiple posts (e.g., both Monitoring Assistant and JE), you can apply for both, provided the exam schedules do not overlap.

Q4: What is the “Special Selection” category?

A: Special Selection posts are those reserved exclusively for candidates belonging to SC, ST, or OBC categories to fill backlog vacancies that remained unfilled in previous recruitment cycles.

Q5: What is the cutoff for PET 2025 shortlisting?

A: Since the number of vacancies is small (115), the PET cutoff is expected to be relatively high. Candidates in the 90+ percentile have a strong chance of being shortlisted for the Mains.
