The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has officially released the notification for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2026. This year marks a significant shift as the exam is being conducted by the newly formed UPESSC instead of the traditional PnP or UPBEB.

Candidates who wish to build a career in teaching for Classes 1 to 8 in government and aided schools of Uttar Pradesh must qualify for this eligibility test. With the exam scheduled for the first week of July 2026, candidates have a limited window to complete their registration and begin their preparation.
