1. Educational Qualification

  • Degree: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in specific disciplines.

  • 31 NITs: All National Institutes of Technology across India.

  • Note: Graduates from private colleges or state colleges not in this list are generally ineligible for the GET post.

3. Mandatory GATE 2026 Score

4. Academic Continuity (The Strict Rule)

During 1-Year Training Period:

  • Designation: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
  • Grade: G2 Grade
  • Stipend: ₹55,000 per month (Basic) + usual allowances.
  • CTC during Training: Approximately ₹15.53 Lakhs per annum.

Upon Successful Completion (Absorption):

  • Designation: Senior Engineer
  • Pay Scale: ₹55,000 – ₹1,30,000.
  • CTC Post-Training: Approximately ₹16.81 Lakhs per annum.
  • Benefits: Includes Industrial DA, HRA, Medical facilities for family, Gratuity, PF, and Performance Related Pay (PRP).

Selection Process: The Road to Hazira

The selection is a two-stage process focused on technical merit and personality.

  1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their GATE 2026 Marks and academic performance (65% cutoff).
  2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a technical and HR interview, typically held at the Noida Corporate Office or the Hazira Plant.
