2. Eligibility Criteria (As of April 30, 2026)

A. Educational Qualification & Certification

• Mandatory Degree: Graduation in any discipline from a Government recognized university.
• Mandatory Certification: Must hold a Certificate in Forex Operations issued by the IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance).
• Preferred: Candidates with CDCS (Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists) or other international banking certifications will be given weightage.

B. Work Experience

• Minimum 2 Years of post-qualification experience in Trade Finance processing as an executive or in a supervisory role in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.

C. Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 23 Years.
• Maximum Age: 32 Years.
• Age relaxation applies: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10-15 years for PwBD candidates.

3. Salary & Pay Scale (MMGS-II Grade)

Selected officers will be placed in the Middle Management Grade Scale-II.

• Pay Scale: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960.
• Additional Benefits: In addition to the basic pay, officers are eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, LFC, and medical facilities as per Bank rules.
• Probation Period: 6 Months.

4. Selection Process

Unlike standard PO or Clerk exams, this is a direct recruitment based on profile and interview.

1. Shortlisting: A committee will review applications. Mere fulfillment of eligibility does not guarantee an interview call; the bank will shortlist candidates based on the depth of their trade finance experience.
2. Personal Interview: The interview carries 100 marks. Candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks decided by the bank.
3. Merit List: The final merit list is prepared solely based on interview scores. If two candidates score equal marks, the older candidate is ranked higher.
