Educational Qualification
- AGM & Manager: Degree in Mining/Mechanical Engineering with relevant Mines Manager Certificates (1st Class Coal). Minimum 7-12 years of post-qualification experience required.
- Junior Manager (Survey): 3-year Diploma in Mining/Mines Survey + Mines Surveyor Certificate of Competency. Minimum 2 years of experience.
Age Limit (as of 10.03.2026)
- AGM & Manager: Maximum 45 Years.
- Junior Manager: Maximum 30 Years.
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and as per Govt. norms for PwBD/Ex-SM.
