  • Mandatory Certification: Any one of the valid certifications: IC 38 (Insurance Institute of India), NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors), NISM Series XXI-A (PMS Distributors), or NISM Series V-D.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/advisory of wealth management products. (Preferred: MBA or PGDBM in Finance/Marketing).
• For Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II):
  • Graduation in any discipline plus qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, preferably in corporate credit appraisal and financing.

Salary Scale & Compensation Structure

• Wealth Executive (Junior Management Grade / Scale-I):
  • Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 2000/1 – 50,480 – 2340/2 – 55,160 – 2680/7 – 73,920 – 2980/4 – 85,920
• Credit Analyst (Middle Management Grade / Scale-II):
  • Pay Scale: ₹64,820 – 2340/1 – 67,160 – 2680/10 – 93,960
