Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree (Bachelor’s Degree) in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- The final result/mark sheet must have been declared on or before the application deadline.
2. Age Limit (As of 1st July 2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Note: A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1996 and not later than 01.07.2006 (both dates inclusive).
- Age Relaxations: Upper age limits are relaxed for reserved categories:
- SC / ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen / Commissioned Officers: 5 Years
Salary Structure and Pay Scale
- Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 2000/7 – 62,480 – 2340/2 – 67,160 – 2680/7 – 85,920
- Selected Probationary Officers start at a basic pay of ₹48,480/- per month, backed by multiple lucrative perks including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), medical coverage, and lease accommodations as per bank rules.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection structure features preliminary screening, rigorous mains testing, a newly introduced behavioral assessment stage, and a final interview:
- Preliminary Examination (Online Objective): Qualifying in nature.
- English Language: 30 Questions | 30 Marks | 20 Minutes
- Quantitative Aptitude: 35 Questions | 35 Marks | 20 Minutes
- Reasoning Ability: 35 Questions | 35 Marks | 20 Minutes
- Total: 100 Questions | 100 Marks | 60 Minutes (Negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer).
- Main Examination (Online Objective + Descriptive): Scores count toward final merit. Includes core tests on Reasoning/Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis/Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English Language, followed by a descriptive writing test.
