KVS & NVS Recruitment 2025-26 – Tier-I Result Out, Check Tier-II Exam Dates for 15,762 Posts

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), on behalf of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), has declared the Tier-I Result for the massive recruitment drive of 15,762 teaching and non-teaching posts. Candidates who appeared for the exam on 10th and 11th January 2026 can now check their shortlisting status for the Tier-II examination.

  • ​KVS Posts (9,126 Total): PRT (3,365), TGT (2,794), PGT (1,465), Librarian (147), Non-Teaching (1,155).
  • ​NVS Posts (6,636 Total): TGT (2,978), PGT (1,513), PRT (Special Educator), and Various Non-Teaching roles.

​Tier-II Exam Schedule (March 2026)

​The Tier-II exam will be conducted in multiple shifts from March 27 to March 31, 2026.

  • ​Posts covered: PGT, TGT, PRT, Assistant Commissioner, Principal, Vice Principal, Finance Officer, Stenographer, and Junior Secretariat Assistant.
  • ​Admit Cards: Expected to be released 7-10 days before the exam.

​How to Check Tier-I Result & Scorecard

  1. ​Visit the official CBSE recruitment portal: examinationservices.nic.in.
  2. ​Click on the link “Result of Tier-1 of KVS & NVS Recruitment Drive 2025”.
  3. ​Log in using your Registration Number (starting with 2598) and Password.
  4. ​View your marks and check if you are “Shortlisted for Tier-II”.
  5. ​Download and print your result for the next stage.
