Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

  • Medical Officer: M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized university.
  • Additional Public Prosecutor: Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 8 years of experience as an Advocate.
  • Motor Vehicle Prosecutor: Degree in Law with minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer: Ex-servicemen with the rank of Major or above (or equivalent) and knowledge of Marathi.

2. Age Limit (as of Notification Date)

  • Medical Officer: 18 – 45 Years (Open), 50 Years (Reserved).
  • Law/Prosecutor Roles: 18 – 38 Years (Open), 43 Years (Reserved).
  • Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer: Maximum 55 Years.

  1. Visit the official portal: mpsconline.gov.in.
  2. New Registration: If you haven’t already, create a profile by filling in your basic details.
  3. Profile Creation: Upload your photo, signature, and necessary documents (NCL, Caste Certificate, etc.).
  4. Application: Under the “Online Application” tab, select the relevant advertisement and click “Apply.”
  5. Fee Payment: Pay the application fee (Open: ₹544, Reserved: ₹344) before April 9, 2026.
  6. Print: Save a copy of your submitted application and fee receipt.
