Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications

• Must possess a Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University, National Law School, or Institute.
• Must possess a valid scorecard for the CLAT (Post Graduate) – 2026 examination.

2. Age Limit (As on Closing Date: 8th September 2026)

• Maximum Age Limit: Candidates must be below 32 years of age as of the closing date of online applications.

Remuneration & Contract Duration

• Monthly Remuneration: ₹60,000/- consolidated per month (all-inclusive).
• Annual Increment: A 5% increment on the consolidated pay for each succeeding year, subject to satisfactory performance review.
• Tenure of Contract: Initial engagement is for a period of 2 years, which may be extended by 1 more year based on performance and organizational requirements (Maximum cap of 3 years total).

Selection Process & Tie-Breaking Rules

1. Merit-Based Selection: Selection will be made solely on the basis of merit derived from the CLAT (Post Graduate) – 2026 Score. No separate written test or interview will be conducted.
2. Tie-Breaking Criteria: In the event of identical CLAT scores, the following hierarchy is applied to determine rank:
   • First Priority: Date of birth—the candidate older in age (born earlier) will be ranked higher.
   • Second Priority: If dates of birth are identical, alphabetical ordering of the first letter of the candidates’ first names will be used.
