1. Educational Qualifications (Any one of the options)

• Option A (Degree Holders):
  • B.Sc. (Nursing) (4-year course) or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (2-year course) from an Indian Nursing Council / State Medical Faculty recognized Institute or University.
  • Registered as a Nurse & Midwife with the State or Indian Nursing Council.
• Option B (Diploma Holders):
  • Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Board or Council.
  • Registered as a Nurse & Midwife in the State or Indian Nursing Council.
  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds, acquired after completing the GNM diploma.

2. Age Limit (As on 1st July 2026)
