Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit:
  • Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager: Generally up to 30–35 years.
  • Senior Manager, DGM, AGM, and Consultant: Up to 65 years.
• Educational Qualifications: Qualifications vary significantly by post, ranging from ITI/10th pass for technicians to Engineering degrees (B.E./B.Tech), MBA, CA/CMA, or specialized degrees for managerial and consultant roles.

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will receive monthly remuneration ranging from approximately ₹25,050 to ₹1,29,000, depending on the post, plus applicable Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) and other benefits like PF, Gratuity, and leave.
